Georges Serei

Born in 1921, Kyoshi Georges Serei begins at an early age swimming and water-polo as a way to chanell his combative spirit. Former commando of the French liberated army during world war two, he started training in Judo and Jiu-Jitsu in Paris in 1949 with Master René Landra. He moved to Canada in 1958 and opened a dojo with three friends in Montreal, called the Hakudokan, and a family dojo at home. Today, at 90 years old, he practices and teaches regularly and with passion at the Montreal Académie Martiale Serei.

Welcome to Impact Martial 2012

Impact Martial is an Annual Martial Arts Event which takes place in Montreal, Quebec, Canada at Academie Martiale Serei and as a seminar, provides training under the direction of some of the most experienced instructors in Aiki Ju-Jitsu, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido, Serei Defense System, Muay Thai, Russian Systema, Kickboxing, and many more.

Come and train with World Renown Masters such as Robin Gracie, Arjarn Nick Hewitson, Kyoshi Kevin Block, Kyoshi Pascal Serei, Kyoshi George Serei, Andre-Jacques Serei, Kevin Secours, Ernst Laraque, and Julio "Foca" Fernandez.

The Impact Martial seminars are open to martial artists of all disciplines and we welcome all ranks to join us for a fun-filled weekend of World Class Martial Arts Instruction.
